At Flux Creative Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy.


Returns and Exchanges:
Since our products are custom printed photographs, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please refer to the guidelines below for details;

- Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

- Incorrect Orders:
If we have made an error with your order (e.g., wrong photograph, size, or print), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.

 


Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are not damaged or defective. Please ensure you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

 


Refund Process:
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment once we have received the returned item and assessed the condition. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

 


How to Request a Return or Exchange:

- Order number
- A description of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect order)
- Photographic evidence of the problem
We will respond promptly with instructions for returning your item and processing your refund or exchange.

 


Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs for non-damaged or non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.
